What robot parts can you 3D print?

Which materials do you use for functional robot parts?
SLS nylon (PA12) and carbon-filled nylon for structural, load-bearing parts; tough and ABS-like resins for detailed housings and gears; standard PETG or ABS for covers and jigs. We recommend a material based on the load, wear and weight budget of each part.
Can you print a whole robot body, not just parts?
Yes. We have built complete robots — including an autonomous campus companion robot and InMoov-style humanoids — printing the body in sections, bonding and finishing it, and fitting it around the customer's electronics, actuators and drivetrain.
Do you help with design for 3D printing?
Yes. Send an STL or a STEP model, or a sketch and your requirements. We check wall thickness, splits, fastener bosses and print orientation, suggest changes for strength and weight, and share the prepared model before printing.
