Can you print in ESD-safe or flame-retardant material?
Yes. We offer ESD-safe and flame-retardant filaments alongside standard ABS, PETG and polycarbonate, and will recommend a material based on where the part sits in your assembly and what it needs to withstand.
How accurate are 3D printed enclosures and fixtures for PCBs?
We print to tolerances suited to snug-fit enclosures, connector cut-outs and jig locating features, and can add SLA/SLS for tighter tolerances or a smoother finish where the design calls for it.
Do you support small batch or bridge production?
Yes. 3D printing lets you produce working enclosures and fixtures in days rather than the weeks a mould would take, which is useful for early production runs, spares and design validation before committing to tooling.
