Common questions
Which 3D printing technology should I choose?
FDM for economical functional parts and jigs, SLA for fine detail and smooth surfaces, SLS for strong, support-free complex parts and small batches, and DMLS for metal parts. Send your part and we recommend the best fit.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We print single parts as readily as batches of thousands.
What file formats do you accept?
STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF and most native CAD. No CAD? We can 3D scan a sample or model the part for you.
How accurate are the parts?
Roughly 100 to 400 microns on FDM, 30 to 100 microns on SLA, and around 100 microns on SLS and DMLS, depending on part size and geometry.
How large can you print?
From about 3 mm up to 1 m per side in a single piece on FDM; larger parts are printed in sections and joined.
How fast is delivery?
Most printed parts ship in a few days. Every quote states a lead time, and we deliver across India.
