Common questions
What if I don’t have a CAD file?
Send clear photos and a physical sample. We can 3D scan and reverse engineer the part into an editable CAD model, or model it from a sketch.
What file formats do you accept?
STL, STEP, IGES, OBJ, 3MF and most native CAD formats for making parts; STEP or Parasolid are preferred for machining and tooling.
How fast can I get parts?
3D printed parts in a few days, CNC parts in about a week, rapid-tooled mouldings in 2 to 3 weeks. Every quote includes a lead time.
Do you deliver outside Chennai?
Yes. We ship across India by courier and offer free pickup and delivery within Chennai.
Is my design kept confidential?
Yes. We treat every file as confidential and are happy to sign an NDA before you share anything.
